Highly wouldn’t recommend!

Definitely have rats even the above units! mine were coming from being the oven took them months to get pest control in which only made it worst when I started finding dead rats everywhere. Management n security are horrible and nosey including residents who been there for decades its almost like adult student living on campus the 1 star is because it looks good thats the only positive thing i have to say about this complex.

Don’t move

The do the special all the time to get people to move in ! But that’s because everybody is moving out due to management, rats, & maintenance. They are a bunch of get overs and the apartments are just horrible! Please be aware !

Renter's Beware

This place is infested with rats! Right after I signed the lease, another tenant told me that the rats are really bad here. Then I witnessed it for myself. They are terrible and the apartment had holes EVERYWHERE for them to get in. You could hear them running in the walls at night. It's ridiculous and really unsanitary. I'm scared to go downstairs at night because there's no telling when one would come out. When I told the "property manager" and "maintenance" , they just gave me the sound… emitters to keep them away, WHICH NEVER WORKED. They are a part of this headache of an apartment. You can't get anything fixed to save your life. My dishwasher has been broken for over 6 months. I had to call them repeatedly just to get my oven fixed. Now, I just don't deal with them at all! I will never renew a lease with them!! BEWARE

SPECIALS FOR THE HOLIDAYS!

I took advantage of the specials they are having at Acadian Place Apartments. It really has worked out for me and is even giving me a break from paying full rent for the next two months. That means I will have extra money for the holidays. I got a three-bedroom townhouse where the master bedroom along with the washer and dryer is on the lower level. That means my kids are upstairs and have their own space to play games or watch videos and such. I think this is really going to work out for… me. The lady in the office was very nice and showed me my options and then took care of all the processing of the paperwork. In a short period of time we were setting the date for my move-in. I was so happy I told her I wanted to give her the credit for her help and offered to write this review. You might want to check out their apartments and their specials.
