Bellaview Apartments and Townhomes

I currently stay here from 2020 until now AND SINCE DAY ONE. This place has been horrible. Building 33,34, and many more are infested. People steal all day. Maintenance lie and say the did their job by coming in and fixing things when they have not. During the winter the pipes bust and there is literally human poop and toilet paper on the ground around building 33 and they do not cross it off I’ve watched CHILDREN fall in this mess. They do not care about safety ppl walk around here wit huge… guns no type of coverings or holsters on them it’s just horrible I’m so happy that I’m leaving VERY soon and if I was you I’ll run far away from this place cuz what I stated wasn’t even half of it. I don’t know about everyone else’s experience but as of 2020 to now these apartments are not safe. They steal, they are loud and rude here. If u come and just ride around the complex trust u will know what I mean. Parking is horrible and ppl in the office are horrible don’t do it. Trust me I can wait to move out of here this has been the worst experience in my life and on top of that they have so many abandoned units and units falling apart it’s ridiculous.

First of all, lets start with the move in process. I paid my deposit January of 2020. after being told it would take 2 weeks to get my key, i did not move into my apartment until April. When i arrived it didn’t look like any work had been done in the complex. Floors were dirty, counters were sticky, walls were filthy. My upstairs bathroom didn’t have a mirror which caused me to have to buy my own. Maintenance walks around complex all day but does no work. My air conditioner has been broken since… June 2020. I have yet to even receive my lease. I’ve called multiple times about my lease and was given the run around every time. The information on my online profile is incorrect, they dont even have me on my own lease. I’ve had to call latter and blum on multiple occasions to even get any assistance from the lady in the office . Very unprofessional! Ive been looking for a new place to live since ive moved in. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The finishes are top-notch and management is responsive. The area is very central and location is way beautiful.
