Terrible

It’s terrible over here !!! I do not recommend!!!! They can not keep a maintenance crew! They stay firing the main managers because of they attitude! & they have to borrow other properties from other apartment complexes !!!! Your water bill will be 100 or more!!!! When I first moved in it wasn’t nothing like how it is now !!!!!!!!!!! They have so many break ins ! But now it’s a 0/10 I don’t recommend

Quality Management Service and Lowest Apartment Living

Found apartment for my friend who could not afford an expensive apartment, she said she was treated with respect and professional office and managerial staff. Maintenance keeps grounds clean and looks like area is quiet and safe as I rode by during day and late hours. I recommend living here to anybody who want to receive respect and quality service as a resident.

WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!!

They don't fix anything...everything in every apartment is broken..put in work order maintenance does not come TO SEE WHATS WRONG. water lines to the apt are tainted faucet water and bathrooms will have mold!!! everything old and outdated and cheap. Fair Waring if you can finds something better find it because living here is the dumps of Baton rouge!!!!!!
