Greatest apartments I've ever experience.

Location is amazing for where it is located. Perfect management, maintenance man always available when needed. Unequivocally, El Cid apartments are certainly one of the best places to enjoy a peaceful clean-living experience. Thank to Ms.Sherrie

Great Spot --affordable 1BR

It's great for the location and value. It's not brand new and doesn't have the glitz and glam of the more popular places around, but it's affordable and within walking distance to LSU, with great places to eat/drink nearby. It's quiet, which is a refreshing break from the hoards of drunken roommate parties at other places. The space is just enough for a couple and two cats. Easy to clean, and maintenance is on top of any issue. Regular pest control, and a pool at one of the 3 buildings. All in… all a great spot... especially for the value.
