Gates at Citiplace

I recently moved to Louisiana from Mississippi for a job promotion. I had applied to, literally, ten different communities. Each time I applied- I had to pay an application fee and an admin fee- just to be told that I was denied. By this point, I had spent close to $750 in applications and admin fees. Naturally, I had no hopes for this place. Initially, the screening came back denied. However, Mr. Daniel went above and beyond to get me approved! He called his Regional Manager and she graciously... said yes! I’m beyond happy! I LOVE my new apartment! The spacious layout, updated appliances, in unit washer/dryer package, and a private one car garage! The community is quiet. The greenery and trees around the complex make it feel like a natural subdivision. Oh, and they have pool parties, pickle ball courts, a 24/7 gym and so much more! Lived here for year. Through the end of 2024- January 2026. Its been 3 months since we left and we have been told we will get our full deposit back. We have not recieved our deposit. Office staff keeps telling us, every week, to call back Thursday. We have to call from random numbers just to get them to answer the phone. They are clearly trying to keep our money. No stars honestly. There's no honor or integrity in stealing from small families.

I lived in this complex for 3 years; the first two years were very pleasant. However, the third year was hell. Daniel and Elizabeth have the worst attitudes; they are very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone.

Lovely place nice and quiet polite people the nature look gives a touch of having peace and its very clean the staff personnel is very helpful and knowledgeable about everything you need or may need help with

When we first moved here 3yrs ago we fell in love with everything about this complex and we are still in love with it
