Comfortable, Convenient, and Well-Managed

Honestly, I’ve had an amazing experience here. The apartment is relaxing, clean, and just feels good to come home to. The community is pretty quiet and friendly, which has made it an easy place to settle into.
Management has been great—easy to reach and quick to help whenever something comes up. Maintenance has always been handled fast, which I definitely appreciate. The amenities are well kept and a nice extra.
The location is super convenient too, with main roads all close by. Overall, it’s… been a really positive experience, and I’d happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid, stress-free apartment.

Upgrades are beautiful

This property has completely changed the last two years. With new management, they have a new parking lot, new roof, added a playground. The grounds are clean and the property is quiet and hidden away. Do not miss out on this opportunity.

Most Exceptional Mid-City Apartment Available!

From the second I drove into this beautiful property I felt like I was home. As I walked into the office I was immediately greeted by the nicest leasing person who showed me the exact newly renovated one bedroom that I was looking for. Fortunately, it was right in my price range and that is when I knew that this was a perfect new home for me and my pup! I moved in one week ago and it could not have gone any better and now that I am all settled in, I highly recommend Goodwood Place at… Mid-City!

They don’t fix anything till months later and threatened to put you out if you don’t wanna pay anything if nothing is fixed

worst apartment EVER

They change management every few months then increase the rent over and over again. But they never fix anything in the apartments my sink has been clogged for months and the toilet flooded my apartment twice. And it took them a week to just send someone to look at it and all he did was turn it off
