Apartment are closedown in the back with broken staircases … pool water black and dirty. Do NOT MOVE THERE!

Kingston Point

Great place to stay for the price that they offer. I stayed a year in a loft that was specious and clean and the rent was very affordable. They organize parties with tasty food for the community, they make sure there is no pests in the apartments, they keep improving, and the stuff is super helpful, especially Demetrus!

Great Living

I absolutely love my apartment very quiet and not to mention all up to date appliances and living area. Been living here about 8 months and do not really have any complaints so far. Staff is friendly and very helpful and they plan nice family oriented parties for the complex.

Kingston Pointe Apartments

We moved into Kingston Pointe with high expectations especially after viewing the dunk pond and spacious model. Upon moving in our apartment was not fit for living including mold and rust in the toilet bowl. Only 2 maintenance men are responsible for fixing the entire complex repairs leaving work orders long over due.
