New Company New Management

I personally want to say that we have been here 10 years and we have never received such expediency in our requests, responses to emails or care to make us feel that we are now definitely among a professional group. I try not to be demanding in any way, or nit picky, so, when I do contact the office it is because of a problem not a whim. Sometimes, our emails etc were never answered and I would have to go to the office to get an answer. You have definitely made us feel at ease and I am happy… that we signed another lease for next year because quite frankly we were "looking" elsewhere even though we have been here for such a long length of time.

Amazing

I have lived with my daughter and grandchildren for quite a few years! Meeting the love of my life it was time to ‘move on’. My daughter helped me and we researched all possibilities and found that Live Oaks was the best match-close to my grandbabies and close to work! Jaye took me to see my now apartment- ha I was sold with my view! Move in day was March 1- everything was done for us before move in day-Our experience was EXCELLENT! Ahh the balcony view of the pool and the peace and quiet is… absolutely wonderful! We love it at Live Oaks! We made a great choice! Thanks Jaye, you have made our transition-stress free!! YOU ROCK girl ??

Home Sweet Home!

I moved here last year after downsizing. From the beginning, I felt so welcome here! Tammy and Jaye in the office are so sweet and will do anything to help you. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. I love all the oak trees! If anything breaks, it gets fixed right away. The service guys are friendly and professional. They take the extra step to get it right.
I love my third floor apartment with the high vaulted ceiling..makes it feel even larger. Also, having a washer & dryer is a plus!… Everyone here is friendly too. I appreciate that it’s a gated complex too...I feel safer. And I am happy that I could bring my furry kitty since they accept pets. Snickers is happy here!
Although I haven’t used many of the amenities they offer yet, the exercise room and pool are wonderful! This complex is one of the prettiest I’ve seen!
I am very happy I chose Live Oaks. Love my new home!

Excellent Customer Service

I absolutely love living at Live Oaks. The atmosphere is peaceful and safe. They have been very helpful at all times assisting me with anything I may need and answering all questions that I may have. The staff (Jaye) has gone over and beyond to accommodate my request! You can't ask for better management. Don't think I will get this treatment living anywhere else!!!

Too many break ins.

They have had so many break-ins at the complex and vehicles stolen its ridiculous. Not one time has Tammy the rude manager notified anyone who lives at Live Oaks of this unsafe situation! Yes they have installed cameras however car break-ins are still occurring. When asked “why was I moving” I told her because the property was unsafe Tammy got highly offensive and disrespectful and hung up in my face. She refused to give me upper management contact info!
