Park Regency

I called the leasing office to set up a tour to view a 1 bedroom. On the day of the tour I showed up and the office door was locked and the lights were off. I figured that maybe they were running late coming to the office. I waited 35 min and still no one showed up, so I left. I called the office later in the afternoon ,multiple times ,to see what happened and no one answered the phone. I guess no one ever came to the office or they simply didn’t care to answer the phone. I’ve been living at Park Regency since 2017 and I absolutely love it here. It’s comfortable , clean , gated and not to mention AFFORDABLE. Outside of those amazing things the staff are great. From Erin , Mr. Ronnie , and Barron are all very polite and always looking to help. I don’t not plan on leaving them anytime soon.

The community is pretty nice and mostly quiet. I love that the pool is located in the center of the property and that I have a view of the pool from my balcony. Parking is also good.
