    Unprofessional

    I called the leasing office to set up a tour to view a 1 bedroom. On the day of the tour I showed up and the office door was locked and the lights were off. I figured that maybe they were running late coming to the office. I waited 35 min and still no one showed up, so I left. I called the office later in the afternoon ,multiple times ,to see what happened and no one answered the phone. I guess no one ever came to the office or they simply didn’t care to answer the phone. This was extremely… unprofessional !
