Living experience
Since I moved in, the experience has been extremely disappointing. There has been constant construction around my unit, with dust and noise almost every day. The construction workers have even used electricity from my unit multiple times without my consent. On top of that, there are cockroaches in the unit. Overall, the living experience has been very poor.

We are so sorry about the issues you have experienced while living in our Community. It seems as if your Translator that toured the property for you before coming here did not give you all the information he was given. Solo Brightside is a Brand New... Cottage community that is continuing to grow for the demand of the Cottage homes that also peaked your interest to live here. Utilities were reimbursed each time this issue was made aware to the Property Management. Monthly pest control is done on the entire property and the Cottages along with a text to the tenants to address any interior concerns. It shows nothing was communicated from your end until this review was received. Upon entry we found the AC not being used and the windows open causing moisture along with open food under the Kitchen Sink which is the cause of any pest that were NOT seen on inspection. Since this review, the reviewer is no longer in this wonderful community and we wish Pengxu Zou the very best while visiting the wonderful campus of LSU. #LiveSolo
