I lived at Northpointe for a little over two years. It is a great place to live, so quiet, nice apts, nice appliances. The neighbors were friendly, no one bothered me at all. Becca the manager is great. She is very friendly, very helpful, and understanding. She goes above and beyond to help you in anyway. When I had a problem I reported it to her and by the time I would get home from work the problem usually was fixed. Loved living there, so close to my work and everything I shopped was… very close also. Do yourself a favor give Becca a call and tour the place and make it your next nice new home. Not worth the price you pay. So much hassle. Matenince doesn't know what they are doing. I had to fix the ac unit, washer/dryer, water heater myself. They will find anything to screw you out of your deposit. Washer and dryer are not what's listed. Do not stay here. Overall worst apartment complex I have ever stayed at.

The area is nice and close to the mall, the Boardwalk, schools and plenty of places to shop.
Management is courteous and friendly, Ms. Becca is very professional, she will go out of her way to provide a solution to a problem a tenant may have with their apartment. The complex is quiet and very safe. The 3 bedroom apartment is quite large. I have lived here for over 8 years and have been satisfied the whole time.
