Never getting your deposit back

Still waiting on my deposit to be sent back from March 30, that they sent “twice”, just be careful moving here seems like when you move out they don’t want to give it back

Horrible condition and bug problems

I went to tour this apartment and ended up waiting 30 minutes for someone, Then when I finally got to the touring there were roaches everyone and a termite infestation.

management HORRIBLE, noise HORRIBLE, apartments dont match the pictures, management only cares about their money & they try to get over on people .

Depreciating community

Maybe good for younger person starting out.

The noise levels are constant — you can hear everything through the walls and ceilings, and management doesn’t seem to care no matter how many times it’s reported. Maintenance requests take forever to get addressed (if they ever are), and the communication from the office is basically nonexistent.

The parking situation is another headache — limited spaces, poorly maintained lot, and no real enforcement of rules. For what they charge, you’d expect… better upkeep and more responsive management. Unfortunately, this place feels like they only care until you sign the lease.

Would not recommend unless you’re okay with noise, slow maintenance, and unhelpful management.
