Tallow Wood Apartments

I moved here in 2017 and was eager to leave. I have lived in two different units and have had problems with ants, flies, roaches and pill bugs. When maintenance would fix things my items (cleaning products, towels, tissue etc.) were continuously used and when informing management, nothing was done even if I had evidence and word from other tenants battling the same issue. I even went as far as to move the items away from the damaged area and unscrew the caps to ensure no one used them. Sure… enough, I returned to the caps being screwed back on and the product not being where I had left it. You could even smell that it had been used to clean a mess maintenance made. Moved in the second apartment in January and have had a horrible smell from the garbage disposal. Management refused to fix and continuously "forgot" to tell maintenance. I have filed several work orders and called corporate to not get an answer nor a call back. Had two leaks which the walls remairned unfixed one month later. I have had it with the disrespect and do not recommend living here. Finally moved after fighting to be let out of my lease. Never have experienced such horrible living. Management is trash Read More

It's ok. I guess. Wish they had cameras since it is a pretty huge apartment complex. Seem like everyday there's construction (been that way since I moved in just about) so no quiet time on off days. Maintenance is pretty amazing tho. They always resolved my issues.

They have no respect for other's time. They are very rude people as well. I would never move here.

My apt experience has been disappointing to say the least. I have been having issues with my apartment since day 1 and maintenance has taken care of every issue in a quick manner but the fact that I have had so many issues in this one little apt has me wanting to go elsewhere.
