I wouldn't advice anyone to move here unless you just have no where else to go. Yes, the rent is cheap and that is one of the reasons I am still here. Also because I am planning to close on a home soon and being here just makes sense for the time being. These are really old apartments! Disregard the plans you see on the site. All the apartments do not look like that. The water is constantly being turned off at random times of the day. At least once or twice a week! They don't do inspections… which I thought was okay at first..but I truly wish they would because people constantly smoke Marijuana and whatever else in their apartment. They rarely spray for bugs and the 3 times someone did spray, it didn't help and I keep a very clean and tidy place. I’ve been here for little over 3 months now and I must say living here is very comfortable! There is no loud noise or commotions, the neighbors are very friendly and I am down the street from everything Bossier! Maintenance is very professional and there is rarely a wait time!

I think my apartment complex is the most well manicured on the outside and maintenance is available when you call. I've been here two years and never heard any complaints from my great neighbors.
