Very quiet and laid back I moved over here because it was something affordable for me and my son and I’m guessing it’s under new management the move pretty fast with any concerns no issues so far.

I’ve been living here for 6 months and I have been nothing but positively surprised by all the improvements that are coming along. The new laundry room is working good but could use some more machines. Other than that everything has been great and the new management is very responsive.

Trash everywhere. Owners/management are never on property. No laundry facility. Sewage leaking into parking lot. No exterior lights working.

Owners don't care about the residents.
Outside looks dated 3/4 of the a/c don't work apts have mold.. roofs leaks when it rains
