Maintenance and Office Staff

Maintenance is completing my worker orders in a timely fashion and the office returns phone quickly as well and the communication is great.

Manager is rude and unprofessional

I have been approved for an apartment here, which means I have not moved in yet, and I am already having issues with these people. The manager is rude, unprofessional, and highly disrespectful.

I have to constantly follow up with them, which is the leasing agent's job. I was told several times I was going to receive an email with a list of everything I needed to complete for my move in date and never got the email when promised.

My last phone call of me asking for the email the manager yelled… at me. Spoke to me like a child and told me " Let me ask you this, do you think you living here is going to be a problem, because if so, I don't want you here"

All I did was follow up with what she stated she would do. The way she spoke to me was hurtful and it literally bought me to tears after hanging up.

I don't even feel safe moving here, and most likely I will not!!
