Cardell is the best!

Cardell works in the front office. He handled my move-in process. He is very professional and I was constantly updated with my application progress. Once I moved in he made sure that my concerns were addressed. I am a current resident and I love the space in my apartment. It is very close to anything you would need.

Unprofessional. I should've listened to the reviews.

Dont even bother moving here. The staff is incompetent. They're unorganized, and they dont even bother to call you when something goes wrong, you'll have to see it the hard way. All they have is excuses

poor service

nobody answers the phone when you call about inquiring an apartment

These apartments are horrible

I been living here for 2 years ever since these new people came in took over I have had the worst experience here. they don't like to fix anything. They tell you to call the 1800 number to report a maintenance issue but nobody never comes. You will have to go to the office to literally fuss to get somebody to come out and when they do come they have do the job. I would not recommend ANYONE to move here !

Horrible Apartment complex

I've been living in the Whitney Apartments for about 2 months now & id have to say it has been an overall horrible experience Our AC has been out since yesterday it's 95 degrees in my apartment & we can't get anyone to come out & fix it and the office is closed for the next four days the emergency hotline is NO HELP whatsoever , the Shower head was broken for 3 weeks until someone came out to fix it . Had electricity problems for about a month in a half which cause my light bill to be $300.00 ,… Mold around the tub and the floor along the tub is literally sinking. The deadbolt was broke for atleast a month till it was fixed . Run FAR AWAY from these apartments it is not worth the money.
