I have been living at Tangi Lakes now for a few years, and I can say my experience so far has been top notch. Maintenance is taken care of quickly and the maintenance staff is absolutely wonderful. The office staff is always on site and always happy to greet and take care of anyone that walks through those doors. To say that living at Tangi Lakes is like taking a breath of fresh air is an understatement. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood to call home, Tangi Lakes is your place!

horrible management
do not apply to this place. the property manager is extremely passive aggressive as well as a liar. they do not communicate (i had to call them multiple times to hear any news about my application). i applied about a month ago & had to pay $185~ to do so. after i applied, i called after a few days (because i did not hear anything from them) and they let me know i was denied due to insufficient income. then, i added a co-signer (another $80) and again called after a few days and was told i was... approved. after about a week, they sent me an email stating that i was denied due to something on my co-signer’s credit (they knew about this when they approved me) and sent back only $100 of the money. they then proceeded to say that i misunderstood and that they never told me i was approved. from the start, the property manager was very crude and seemed very uninterested in helping. whenever i spoke to her the first time she didn’t even let me explain myself before saying “well, it would help if i knew who i was talking to” in a very condescending tone. as well as many other things on top of that, including the last time i spoke to her where she explained that i was never told i was approved and i never got an apology for the misunderstanding.

Nice place
Well, It seems a nice place. The maintenance is lacking while you are there and when you move out they finally do the maintenance and want you to pay for it to the tune of about $1000!

Great Place To Live
Tangi Lakes has high quality staffing, construction, and care for grounds. Combine that with very reasonable pricing and you’ll know why I call it home.
