NOT A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE

My mom has been staying there for a couple years now. The staircase leading to her apartment is always dark, the railing isn't secure. There aren't any washer and dryers although they have a laundry room. My mom has to walk across the street with her clothes. The staff is rude and doesn't care they just there to get a paycheck. I can't wait until we can move here.

HORRIBLE

Take it from me I live here now!!!! It’s horrible they make u sign a lease that says you have 2 parking spaces, people park in your designated spot so u park elsewhere you wake up with a tow tag on your car... from office is terrible they talk to you recklessly and expect for you to sit there like a 3rd grade student I could go on and on.. I can’t wait until our lease is up!!!!

The office staff is excellent

The Gates On Manhattan, is a wonderful place to live , the staff are like no other and i hardly ever come in with trouble. The staff are always on standby and ready to work with you thru any circumstances.

DON'T MOVE HERE

DON'T MOVE THERE...THE STAFF IS SUPER FAKE AND RUDE....THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY... THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING.... THE KIDS RUN WILD.... RESIDENTS FIGHTING... THE APARTMENT S NEED A MAJOR UPGRADE... DON'T MOVE THERE.... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!!

Worst maintenance and office staff ever

They office staff is very rude and all about themselves. They don't put in work orders and maintenance don't know anything at all. They have new management and still horrible. Don't move here at all they just take your money and don't fix on nothing it's a waste of time and money with these people especially with the houses they barely cut the grass they don't have pest control come out they have flying small roaches spiders and snakes. Don't make the mistake you will regret it.
