Extremely poor resident service

I have almost no words describing the staff at this apt complex. The location is about the only thing they have going for them. The manager does not care about genuine concerns of residents and it takes maintenance MONTHS to even begin to attend to problems in the units and even then the problem was usually not fixed for us. We only moved here because of the cheap price and the rent could be $100 and it would not even be worth it because of the extremely poor service we received while here. I… would say if you have no other place to go, go for it but you can’t say you weren’t warned.

Nice, Spacious Apts.

Spacious throughout the entire apartment. Quiet area in a good neighborhood. The prices are reasonable for both affordable and market. Walking distance to some stores and restaurants.

Bayou Cane Apartments

This is a great place to live. Everything is Green Friendly. The staff is great and they make sure if you have any concerns, they will solve them. The apartments are beautiful in the inside. I believe that looking at the apartment inside and out you wouldn't believe the rent. It goes by your income and there are some that don't go by your income. It comes with HE washer and dryer and appliances. The rooms are very spacious. Also, there is a reasonable amount of storage.
