Rude
My partner and I took a look at one of y’all beautiful apts at Atrium Saturday at 2:15. When we arrived she didn’t even know she scheduled us for that day. So we was outside for 15 minutes waiting. She showed us the apartment and we love it. And she told us we had to make 3 times the rent which we do and hand us an application. So now it’s Tuesday, I called to let her know we was coming to drop the application off and money order. She gonna say we didn’t qualify and I know we did because... Saturday she told us we did, that’s why she gave us the application and shown us the apt. Then she told me I’m the lady with the pink hair. I told her my hair was not pink and you have me confuse with someone else and she told me I was lying. I’m the lady with the pink hair, so I had to remind her to check her information because we wrote our information on this card. She was extremely rude and didn’t let me speak at all. Saturday she told me deposit was $400, now she told me it’s $750. She never mention that. Her memory is really bad. Then I ask her can I come today to drop it off and she told me I can’t because she gonna be busy and she not open on Wednesday. But the website said y’all closed for 5:30 pm and open on Wednesday. I don’t understand where the extra fees come. Can I talk to someone about the apartment who has patience and not rude? We qualify and ready to move, but this lady is confusing and rude.
