Not only are the staff rude but the reply’s to reviews are rude and shows their unprofessionalism. Tonti Management might as well change their name because their reputation is horrendous.

They're rude, kick you out during hurricanes, charge an arm and a leg for apartments that still look like they're from the 1960s. You have to pay for visitor passes for people to visit you at your apartment and they will tow you and your visitors for the slightest provocation. The company is owned by a greedy woman who doesn't care about her tenants. DO NOT. LIVE. HERE.

Not polite, all of them talk very rude over the phone like you are guilty for something or owe them something. You have to keep asking your questions so she can actually give you a full answer. Very lazy and fed up ppl on the phone, bad customer service. They try to make it as hard as possible to get the apartment actually and she says she won't show the apartment until you pay application fee and fill out all the legal paperwork ,before seeing apartment and figuring out if you like it or not.... That's very dumb to me ,because if I don't like the place ,why should I waste my time filling out bunch of paperwork and paying application fee plus she said bring the security deposit as well.
