Gated entrance along with security cameras and security staff. North Lafayette has its reputation but living here I didn't feel that way at all. The residents are super friendly and made me feel at home. The dog park is a nice feature too.

I've lived on the property for over 7 months and I don't have any complaints. The price is nice and it's one of the best values that you will find in Lafayette. Shawn does a great job managing the property and Ashley and Danielle are exceptional at keeping the office running smoothly and assisting residents. Management here is very professional and is always willing to answer any questions or concerns that I may have. Definitely worthy of a 5 star review...

Really nice place to live for what it costs. Some things aren't finished yet, but hopefully will be soon. Nice quiet place for retired folk like me.

Six months ago I had called everywhere and no one was accepting of me having cats. Finally I found Acadian crossing. I signed virtually and had no idea what to expect. Since arriving I have been pleasantly surprised. Great insulation in the rooms and I rarely hear noise. The property is gated and they have a security guard every night. The work with flex so rent can be done every two weeks if needed! They have a laundry room on site that is mobile pay enabled. They also have mobile enabled snack… machines and a super comfortable lounge to play games or relax on a couch while you wait for your laundry. There's also an awesome resident kitty to greet you in the lobby. The staff is attentive to issues and genuinely care if you ever feel uncomfortable.
