Guidry Row Apartment Homes

*****Please read closely, it’s a long one!**** I lived at Guidry Row for about two years. I started living here when I was still in college, all the way until I was working full time in my career! I love this apartment complex so much. Every time someone asked where I live or was looking for recommendations on apartments, I always pointed to this place. It doesn’t have amenities other than stations for pet waste, but (let’s be honest) who uses an apartment gym or tennis court anyway these days?… There’s no traditional leasing office, or any of the corporate mess that the mega-complexes have. It’s people you will see on the grounds just about every week. Questions and concerns are always resolved so quickly, and you really cannot beat the price. It’s a great location, (again) great price, and a great apartment with no carpet! I looked for apartments for 6 months before finding a place that checked all my boxes, and this place was it for me. It’s a true hidden gem in Lafayette. Anytime something was (if ever) not working properly, someone was there within the hour or a day or two (based on how urgent it was). You really never have to worry about anything! Trust me, I live in one of the “mega-complexes” now in New Orleans, and my A/C was broken for the first almost 2 months I was here. It only got fixed last week. Now, my washer and dryer have been broken for about a week. THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN TO YOU AT GUIDRY ROW!
