Holly place.

I’ve been a tenant since July. Starting management was poor, never really managed correctly. We now have Kylie & I’ve gotten so much done in 2 weeks of my term vs the past 5 months!!! Very quiet clean community. Friendly tenants & well kept apartments. Very considerate new management!!!

This apartment has a swamp inside - just need some gators and turtles

This place has definitely declined in terms of management. The pool has been a disgusting green swamp for months. Further, today the light has fallen and presents a serious electrical risk as it is a live wire on the ground - children and pets can be vulnerable.

The boards near our apartment are rotting and need repair.

Overall, there is potential but this place is really lacking management and attention. I hope it has a better future but I may consider moving if not.

New management new outlook!

I have lived at this complex since 2020 and had some ups and downs but since new management and maintenance have taken over it’s actually been really great!

Great Place to Call HOME

I just moved in from out of town on 3/31 & Brittany made sure to welcome me with open arms. After a few minor fix-ups my apartment is amazing. I look forward to calling Lila Place my new home.
