The condo was dirty when we moved in. Kitty litter was everywhere and the toilets and sinks were grimy. We cleaned thoroughly to get our deposit back but Myra, the landlord, refused to give us our deposit because there was a small amount of dirt and claimed there were smudges on the windows.

Not impressed at all. They will rent you a filthy apartment that you have to clean before moving in. Lady in charge seems not to care . Carpets are worn and old . There is no trim to protect you from getting a carpet tack in your feet. No overhead lighting except bathroom and kitchen. Rooms feel like a cave or prison everything is painted a gross grey/brown color with similar color carpet. What they charge for rent you would expect better. The building exterior is long overdue cleaning . Pool... area had branches and also could use a good scrubbing. The only positive things I saw was the pool was clean and landscaping was clean.
