Terrible management and services

This is a horrible place to live!!! Not kid friendly at all they have crackheads who sleep on the play sets and roam around here. Maintenance can take 3 years to get back to you even if your heater is out and hot water!! They place fees on you when you are nowhere in the wrong!! The security is horrible as well I’ve had several item stolen from the laundry room!! They also have disgusting molding water damage that has ruined 1000’s worth of clothing items and never reimbursed!!! They paint over… mold and try and make the units look new but after a year living here you’ll start to see the cover ups!! You can’t even trust the management back here and they are allowed access too your apartment when you are not there they can even take photos of the inside of your living space!!!!!

Best place to stay

I been staying at the lux of Lafayette for almost two years and admit that it is the best place to live. The management and maintenance is so nice and good at their job... I could not imagine living in a better place than there.
