crappy apartments

Apartment was always falling apart, I’m pretty sure maintenance was at my apartment every month fixing something and I lived there for a year. Residents always made the trash areas disgusting. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Staff is nice tho, if that counts for anything.

Worst experience ever

I spent about four years (just because i hate moving), when it came to moving into a house, the owner of the house gave me just 30 days to move, but the apartments ask for 60 days notice if you'll goingto leave. So i went to the office and talked to both employees who told me not to worry that the manager was going to help me because I never caused problems, that everything was fine...... but they dont do anything, they never eliminated the fee as they had told me and now I have a debt collector… collecting a debt that the apt said they were not going to charge me. on top of that I have written about 5 emails but since they have no answer, they do not answer me back

If I could give 6 stars I would!

Management is great. Maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner. We are so grateful that the staff communicated with us so efficiently when in the process of applying to move in, especially with our little blessing on the way. Very clean and quiet apartments, highly recommend!

Great place

I have lived here for over 5 years in 3 different apartments and I really enjoy it. It’s right in the heart of town, quiet community, and great staff. There will always be ups and downs but every time they went above and beyond to make sure satisfaction was there. I love it here.
