I spent about four years (just because i hate moving), when it came to moving into a house, the owner of the house gave me just 30 days to move, but the apartments ask for 60 days notice if you'll goingto leave. So i went to the office and talked to both employees who told me not to worry that the manager was going to help me because I never caused problems, that everything was fine...... but they dont do anything, they never eliminated the fee as they had told me and now I have a debt collector... collecting a debt that the apt said they were not going to charge me. on top of that I have written about 5 emails but since they have no answer, they do not answer me back Read More

Management is great. Maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner. We are so grateful that the staff communicated with us so efficiently when in the process of applying to move in, especially with our little blessing on the way. Very clean and quiet apartments, highly recommend!

I have lived here for over 5 years in 3 different apartments and I really enjoy it. It’s right in the heart of town, quiet community, and great staff. There will always be ups and downs but every time they went above and beyond to make sure satisfaction was there. I love it here.

This was the first apartment me and my girlfriend applied to and we got accepted soon after! Melissa was so helpful in helping us apply and answering ALL of our questions, she’s the best! And I can’t say enough about the maintenance, they’re so quick in responding to our requests and always get the job done. I’m definitely going to be renewing next year! (:
