Very well managed

5 stars for management. Just driving on the property you know these guys care. We'll maintained, clean and quiet. Thank you Jessica and Cindy for a welcoming experience on my move in.

Horrible experience

Lived here for 1 year, they tried to increase rent by $100, but I wasn’t going to sign another lease anyways due to the HORRIBLE roach problem they had. It was so bad, and I keep a clean home but it must have been the entire building. There was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and in the cracks of the shower, they so say exterminate but that obviously was not working. Management is not very nice or friendly when it comes to dealing with issues.

Very Happy!

I've lived here for years on and off. Quiet for the most part. The management is great, and always listen to any concerns. The grounds are always kept up and they have great playgrounds. The apartments themselves are alittle old but maintainace is always great at fixing anything in a quick manner.

Very satisfied

I have lived here for several years. I was actually inspired to move here from visiting my daughter who lived here. It’s very quiet and peaceful. Clean and well kept by the managerial staff and maintenance. Maintenance problems are fixed the same day if possible. The roads/parking lot were recently redone and very smooth. We are patrolled nightly by security adding a little extra peace of mind. The participation in the Christmas lights this year is beautiful. Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas… and Happy New Year!
