Not luxury
Townhouses are advertised as “luxury” and they are not giving that. I have officially been living here for 2 months (going on 3 months) and the transition has not been smooth. The apartment was not completely move in ready and we had A/C problems. Now the a/c cools the place occasionally but it continues to make a cranking noise all day and occasionally when walking in the home you can smell an “acetone” smell . Which after completing research could be do to low freon. Now for the past 2 weeks... we have been dealing with a drainage problem in the downstairs bathroom . So everytime the tenant is taking a shower the toilet “gulping” noise and the shower/tub water starts backing up . So while taking a shower and the water is not draining and instead holding . When tenant returns minutes or hours later the water finally drains . Tenant has notify maintenance but currently the property manager and maintenance person is the same man. I completely understand he is stretched thin but I just don’t think one person can handle both those roles . Just thought I would share my experience so far and will return back towards the end of the lease
