RUDE

I just called to see about renting an apartment and the lady said we don’t have anything available till next year and then hung up on me. I called back and she hung up again!

Don't

First, the office staff is very nice and as responsive as they CAN BE to maintenance requests, given that they only have 1 maintenance guy for the entire complex.

Here's my gripe... no amenities.
- the pool is always closed and filthy
- there is no access to the workout room.
- no garbage disposal/dishwasher (I should have noticed this when I toured the property. I was in a hurry.
No pool and no workout room is a deal breaker for me.

Excellent Enviroment

This place is excellent because I feel very safe here. Also, it’s extremely quiet and peaceful with no one ever disturbing the peace too much. I also appreciate the washer and dryers on location because it’s very convenient for me and others. The place is just an amazing place to call home and I’m very happy I chose to live at this place ! It gives me a warm feeling inside when I think of calling this place, my home !

Would recommend

I’ve lived here since November 2020, and I’ve seen vast improvement of facilities and services offered here at Laurel Oak. It’s a good place to live if you work in town.
