Slow and Horrible
Have been living here for about 7 years and will be moving out in 3 weeks. We had a mouse issue a couple months back (management handle it horribly) . Now we have roaches and management was notified. Orkin has not been out to the homes since May and before that it was very limited. Our toilet has been running and making a noise since June. Management decided to click complete on the matience request instead of completing the job.

Rodent Problem
When we first moved into Village Green, our apartment was being updated. They finished the painting, deep cleaning and some construction right before we moved in, which I guess worked out, but it was stressful to check on the apartment and see it still not done. When we were walking around while the work was still being done on the apartment, we noticed rat droppings. A manager told us it would be taken care of.
The problem seemed to be taken care of at first, then after a couple of weeks we... noticed evidence of the rats being back. We told management and it took at least a week for them to finally take care of the problem. Now the rats are back again, and we’ve told management a fee weeks ago and the problem still has not been taken care of.

Love this place!
The rent runs around the middle range of what is expected in our area. You get what you pay for. Lovely grounds, 2 pools, and a hot tub. Not to mention wonderful staff. Nice apartments that don't look too outdated. The location might not be the best, but in this city there's almost nowhere left that is a good location. Within a mile of the mall and the main street.
