Excited
I just moved in and so far my experience has been great! Sally was the person that leased us our apartment and she is why we chose The Phoenix. Come to find she is the manager. Impressive. The special was great and the apartment is big. The a/c and water heater work better than the house I just left. I definitely recommend The Phoenix.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!...
apartments are FULL OF ROACHES. There's leaks that will get your carpets all wet. they do nothing to fix the problems. Management doesn't have a care in the world for your problems but will want to evict you one day late on rent and charge you late fees days before she's able too. you can find much nicer places for the price you pay for this dump roach motel. only nice thing is the pool when the people are not destroying that too. also people will go through your clothes in the laundry mat and... even though there is a camera in there good luck getting that asst manager to review the cameras. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

DONT MOVE HERE
There is a serious roach problem, leaks everywhere, and a host of other serious problems! It is the same as if it were still the Embers. One of the worst apartments I’ve ever lived at!

I love my home!
I have been a part of the Embers/ Phoenix for 3 years now. I am so blessed to see all the new changes within our community. The property is starting to look so much better with the renovations going on. And the office staff is the best around! I would highly recommend this complex to anyone I know. Thank you Phoenix for allowing me to love my home!
