This is a great place to live! Everyone employee is kind and courteous. The maintenance team is great and take care of our issues within a day or two.

We have been at this location for a little over and year and it has been a wonderful experience. It is always a good sign when the kids can run around and have fun without any worries. The maintenance team and managers are attentive and have our maintenance request resolved within a day. Zero complaints from us and we will continue to stay here until we purchase a house in a couple of years.

I have loved living at Watervue. I like that it is tucked back from the busy roads and I have an incredible sunset view. The complex is nice and the staff and maintenance are super helpful!

I’ve lived here for 1.5 years. Great place to live! Clean and kept up. Nice landscaping. Maintenance is quick to respond when I have issues.

We absolutely love it here! It is peaceful. Everyone is friendly and respectful of the ‘quiet times.’ The office is helpful and the maintenance people are friendly.
