Quiet nice place to live

If you are in lake charles temporarily or long term, this is a good place to live. Very convenient, quiet, great amenities, nice events every once in a while, good place to be in general.

Nice look - little safety - added cost too

The property is beautiful, however there are things that happen here that is kept silent from residents. The office staff is nice, but they aren't open with a lot which seems to be for various reasons. Gates don't always work and the lack of security doesn't help. Charges are also going up for trash per person instead of unit. Saying "internet/cable is included" is misleading because it's additional to the basic rent along with valet trash, water and sewer. The amount you see online - add… $100 for internet and cable (not optional).

Have no issues with West M, all matters are taken care of locally and professionally in manner that has been the very highlight of why I've enjoyed living in this community for past 4 years. Even during the non-forseen storms here in the Lake Charles, LA area West M have been there for their residents needs and service. I stay was well provided for and kept informed never having to leave my place of comfort. Thank you West M and your very excellent team of personnel.

West M has been a great place for me to stay here in Lake Charles. If nothing else, their prompt resolution of the devastation from the hurricanes is an indication of the commitment of the management and staff to this community. I'm very grateful that I could stay in a clean, updated, and spacious apartment for a decent price!
