Incredible apartment!!!

Needed a short-term apartment this past summer for work and I'm so happy we found Chaparral Apartments to be our home for a little while! The apartment was spacious, clean, and perfect! The staff was so incredible and helpful the entire time we lived there. Never once had a problem with the apartment, or the complex! Very relaxed community, beautiful and homey apartment, and a wonderful experience all around. I am sad we had to leave it! I definitely recommend Chaparral if you ever find yourself… looking to rent in Leesville!

Chaparral Apartments

I'd like to take the time to say that they are a fantastic establishment to live in!! Not only are they a quiet and kid friendly place, they are very understanding. They also have very great management. Ms. Shannon and Ms. Amber and the other staff are very helpful, kind and are quick to resolve any issues that we may have. Overall one of the best places to rent in the city of Leesville. I highly recommend renting from them!!!

Thank you for a great place to live

JUST AMAZING!!!!!!!

This is the best/first apartment I had the pleasure of renting from. Being in the military I can’t drop what I’m doing so its nice that they make the starting process available online. They also have it set to where you can put in work orders online as well which I found to be very beneficial. They handle all of my few issues quickly and the staff is super friendly and polite, especially the office manager she is the sweetest lady on earth and makes her tenants a number one priority in my… opinion. This is a great place to rent from hands down for the price range.
