Used to be good

Absolutely awful. We have lived here for an extensive period of time in building 14. However recently we had new neighbors move in that are extremely loud and are constantly high on drugs. Literally. We can smell the marijuana through the walls. They constantly have people that don’t live here over and hang out under the pergola all throughout the night making noise. Last night they had the police called on them. When the police showed up, everyone who didn’t live here ran off. This place used… to be good for families, but ever since the new manager took over it seems as though it’s gone down hill. The front office is aware of the issues with this one particular apartment, but refuses to do anything. Apparently they would rather lose good long-time residents than take action against people who violate the “no drugs” clause of their leases and have the police called on them. We definitely will not be renewing our lease once it’s up.
