I recently moved in and was excited to be one of the first residents in a brand-new building. I do like my apartment, but there have been a few things I’ve noticed that I think are worth mentioning.

There is dog waste left in the common areas, and the hallways often smell like garbage or weed. The walls are extremely thin as well. You can hear—and actually feel—neighbors slamming their front doors, whether they’re beside you or even in a unit above/below you. The garbage service is also… surprisingly loud, sometimes around 1–2 a.m., which can be pretty disruptive.

I’ve also noticed police cars in the parking lot several times. Within my first month, I witnessed someone being arrested in the parking lot. I understand that management can’t control everything that happens, but it’s something I think is fair for prospective residents to know.

While we’re happy to hear you’re enjoying your apartment, we understand how the other concerns mentioned could impact your experience in the community. We would like… to clarify that valet trash pickup begins at 8:00 AM and does not take place overnight, so the noise heard around 1–2 AM may have been unrelated to that service. For any after-hours noise concerns, our on-site courtesy officer can be reached through the after-hours hotline and is available to assist when an issue is occurring. Our office team is also aware of the concerns regarding odors in the hallways, and steps are already being taken to address and improve these areas. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and encourage you to contact the office team directly with any additional issues so our team can assist in anyway. Take care!

The staff is super friendly and always willing to help!! My move in experience was pretty seamless / whenever anything happened or any issue the office rectified it immediately and followed up within a day or 2 checking in!

It’s nice to know they actually remember when you call and follow up on anything else you might need! It’s very quiet and the neighbors are very friendly, too!

Everything is perfect!! Feels like home. Very spacious and everything is brand new. The amenities are awesome. My Chloe lives the dog park. And my kids love the pool.
