Bayou Park Apartments

The apartments are very old, they say they are remodeled but they only hve new floors and appliances. The cabinets are very old. The same old tubs with cracks around the tub fixtures and rusted tub fixtures. The railings on the patio and stairs are rusted, the wood on the patio has some sort of black growth on it. There’s always a maintenance issue that is never fully rectified.The patio screen for my patio door has never been on track so you can’t leave it open unless you want spiders or wasps… or mud daubers flying inside. There are ALWAYS SPIDERS!! the bedroom windows leak everytime it rains even after several maintenance requests. the air ducts are extremely dirty. Maintenance will go into your apartment even when you request to be home. I don’t feel comfortable with people I don’t know entering my living space. They do it anyway. A bird nest was in my dryer vent outside because it was broken. They want you to constantly renew leases every 6-12 months and there’s always changes in the lease renewals. I would recommend you buy a house or live somewhere else. They want you to hve your carpet professionally cleaned before you leave. Read More

I had to move from one apartment into another one quickly. I called Ms. Jennifer and told her I needed to be moved in by Thursday and that was on a Monday. She said it probably wouldn't happen that soon, but she called me that Wednesday and asked if I had the deposit to move in, I replied yes. She do not know how much I appreciate her for her quick results in placing me in the apartment. I met Mr John and he has done everything in his power to make sure that everything in my apartment was done.… There quick responds to my needs has been greatly appreciated.
