Upstairs in the loft is a daybed, and a lovely second floor deck.
Note: The loft stairs are narrow and steep.

The home is non-smoking, but smoking is permitted outside on the front stoop or on the upper deck. .
For pets we are happy to consider furry family members at the house. We have a pet deposit. NOTE: this property has a small side alleyway and no yard.
