Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a late fee of $75 per hour. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions. Guests must provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in and may be required to undergo a background check. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
