Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. A $150 security hold on a credit card is required in case of incidentals, which is released 3-5 days post check-out, or guests may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
