Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A pet fee between $100-$300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
