An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length will be collected separately, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs (or similar breeds).

Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
