Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined) and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed] are allowed. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately.
