Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Only one towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The maximum is 2 pets (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are allowed, with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
