Located in the bustling Central Business District (CBD), this apartment offers a perfect base to explore the Big Easy. Lafayette Square, Bourbon Street and Canal Street, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, The National WWII Museum, Mercedes-Benz Superdome, and House of Blues are nearby.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. There is an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed, with a combined weight of 40lbs, and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are permitted. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
