There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
