Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A $500 penalty will be assessed for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking should be 22 years old. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. An emotional support animal may incur a pet fee. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
