The property is smoke-free and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays.
